World wide there are only a thousand of these limited edition bikes being made. I was lucky enough to get one of the first out to the media on this awesome machine with its hand painted tank and pinstripes, thanks @Triumphuk.

While this motorcycle was being rolled off the van i could tell it was special seeing the hand painted lines and the Matt black contract against the gold lines and the brushed aluminium tank sections, my mind was saying wow!.

Ok the motorcycle is based on the Street Twin with its classic styling entry level bonneville but by no means it looks entry level. This motorcycle has one of the best twin engines out there today with a 900 cc engine pushing 64bhp but more impressive torque figures at 80nm @ 3800rpm, so lots of torque and so low down in the rev range.

One of the challenges i have is being tall at 6’2 and while the bike is the lowest of all the Bonnevilles while riding this for a week, I didn’t find it off putting and know that the T100, also T120 are taller so the Triumph range caters for all. The best part was that 900cc twin engine and just the looks of this bike absolute beauty. Contemporary technology, including ABS, switchable traction control, and an under-seat USB charging socket, is sensitively incorporated into the Street Twin to maximise rider safety and convenience.

One thing i loved was the noise the upswept brushed stainless exhaust silencers gave, absolutely lovely soundtrack to a wonderful classic bike.
